Good news came from 15-year-old Selin Uçak, whose family had been anxiously searching for her for 4 days in Mersin. As a result of the meticulous efforts of the Provincial Police Department teams, the missing child was found alive.
SEARCH OPERATION LAUNCHED
According to the information obtained, the incident occurred on August 22. 15-year-old Selin Uçak, who left home stating that she would go to Adana to visit her father, was not heard from again. After her family reported the situation to the police, the Provincial Police Department teams launched a search operation.
FOUND AND TAKEN INTO PROTECTION
As a result of camera recordings and field investigations, it was determined that Selin was last seen in the central Mezitli district. Police officers, focusing on the area, quickly traced the 15-year-old child and took her into protection. Uçak, whose whereabouts were immediately communicated to her family, was taken to the Children's Branch Directorate for necessary procedures and guidance.
