Grammy-winning rapper Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, is being accused of sexual assault, stalking, and immoral behavior in a new lawsuit filed by his former assistant Lauren Pisciotta. The complaint alleges that Ye exhibited harassment, coercion, and hate speech in the workplace.
The famous rapper Ye (formerly known as Kanye West) is facing numerous serious allegations in a new lawsuit filed by his former employee Lauren Pisciotta, including sexual harassment, invasion of privacy, threats, and psychological pressure.
NEW DOCUMENTS ADDED TO THE LEGAL PROCESS STARTING IN 2024
Lauren Pisciotta, a former Yeezy employee who previously filed a lawsuit against Ye in June 2024, has now expanded her allegations. The 37-page supplemental petition presented in Los Angeles details the victimization experienced by Pisciotta. According to the claims, Ye had subjected Pisciotta to various sexual pressures and inappropriate behaviors during her time working for him.
INCIDENTS IN SAN FRANCISCO DRAW ATTENTION
Pisciotta stated that after being hired by Ye during the process of the "Donda" album in 2021, she was subjected to disturbing physical contact at a hotel in San Francisco. It is reported that this incident marked the beginning of many similar occurrences.
CLAIMED SHE WAS LOCKED IN A PRIVATE ROOM DURING A FLIGHT
Another serious allegation occurred in October 2023. Pisciotta claimed that during a private flight from Los Angeles to Paris, she was called to a private section of the plane by Ye, and was left alone inside when the door was locked, witnessing inappropriate behavior. Pisciotta stated that she could not leave that area until the door was opened from the outside.
SHOCKING ALLEGATIONS AT YEEZY OFFICES
The petition stated that Ye frequently made derogatory and discriminatory remarks in the workplace, had some employees draw hate symbols, and exhibited behaviors that disregarded workplace rules. Additionally, it was alleged that he lived his private life inappropriately in the office environment, causing discomfort among employees.
PRIVATE MESSAGES AND SHARING THAT CROSSES MORAL BOUNDARIES
Lauren Pisciotta also indicated that Ye sent her sexually explicit messages and disturbed her with obscene videos and images. Some of Ye's social media posts were presented as evidence in the complaint. One of these posts contains explicit statements suggesting that a person could abuse their power.
NO STATEMENT YET FROM LAWYERS
Neither Ye nor the legal representatives of the Yeezy brand have yet provided a public response to the allegations. The lawsuit process is expected to expand further in the coming days and deepen with new witness statements.
