On December 6th, around 15:30, a brutal incident occurred on Şehit Muhsin Tuğrul Street in the Küçük Bölcek neighborhood of Aksaray. The car driven by Muhammet Ceritli (26) rear-ended the vehicle driven by Ramazan Us (29), which also contained Ümmühan A. (43), who had a debt to Us. Us, who got out of his vehicle, punched Ceritli. Ceritli, who was watching the family doctor's intervention, was detained by the police. Us was taken to Aksaray Training and Research Hospital by ambulance, where he passed away. Us's body was buried in Aksaray.

Ceritli, who was detained, stated in his first testimony, "I had a debt of 20 thousand TL from Ramazan Us's mother-in-law Ümmühan A. We had exchanged insults over the phone before the incident.
