MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT: AVOID TRAFFIC UNLESS NECESSARY
On the other hand, the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure warned drivers to avoid traffic unless necessary due to the expected heavy snowfall in the next three days, to use winter tires, to check fuel levels, and to keep equipment such as chains, wedges, and towing ropes ready in their vehicles.
The statement noted that according to information from meteorology, heavy snowfall is expected in all of the Western Black Sea, Central Anatolia, Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia regions within the next three days.
