To the question, "Would you eat Dubai chocolate?" Chef Somer replied, "I have never eaten it, and I won't eat it." "I WON'T GO CRAZY FOR DUBAI CHOCOLATE"Mehmet Yalçınkaya described Dubai chocolate as "chocolate künefe." Yalçınkaya said: "Actually, this is chocolate künefe. We interpret everything, right? There, actually, a künefe is being made. A chocolate sauce is poured over this künefe. I ate it once. I had it at a fair in the Netherlands. I didn't love it. I won't go crazy to eat Dubai chocolate." Danilo Zanna commented, "Kadayıf and chocolate can be nice, of course. I have never eaten it, and I have no curiosity about it." HOW DID DUBAI CHOCOLATE BECOME FAMOUS?The recipe for Dubai chocolate, which includes pistachio paste and künefe-filled milk chocolate, belongs to a boutique chocolate shop in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
