FIFA licensed agent Jerome Salbert, who stated that Galatasaray believes it will win the match against Eintracht Frankfurt, which it will play away this evening in the first week of the UEFA Champions League, said, "They can really make a big surprise in the Champions League this season. Salbert stated, "In my eyes, Galatasaray is one of the most special clubs not only in Turkey but also in Europe. They can really make a big surprise in the Champions League this season. With the quality of the squad, the passion of the fans, and the club's European culture, they can achieve great things. Moreover, in my opinion, Galatasaray will win in Frankfurt as well. There will be a great fan support there too," he said.

Touching on the performance of Barış Alper Yılmaz, Salbert said, "I expect a great performance from Barış Alper this season at Galatasaray. He is a versatile player who can make a difference both in attack and defense. This could be his year," he stated.
