The Turkish Football Federation (TFF) responded to Fenerbahçe's social media post titled "Time for Accountability." The TFF emphasized that Fenerbahçe's use of the phrase "Time for Accountability" in their statement would not contribute to a dialogue. They stated that the federation is not a "place for accountability," but rather a venue for solving issues in Turkish football and promoting its development.

Fenerbahçe, which played a postponed match against Alanyaspor in the Süper Lig, reacted to the referee's decisions in the match that ended 2-2. President Ali Koç and the management decided to go to the TFF today. The TFF, in turn, reacted to Fenerbahçe.

"OUR FEDERATION IS NOT A PLACE FOR ACCOUNTABILITY"

In a statement made by the TFF, it was said, "Since the day we took office, we have been continuing our path with our board of directors by approaching all our stakeholders equally and without compromising the principle of neutrality in Turkish football. We have repeatedly expressed that we are open to dialogue at every opportunity and that our door is wide open to all clubs."

In this context, the request for an appointment from Fenerbahçe, one of our country's long-established clubs, has been positively approached with the same understanding as all our clubs so far, and it has been stated that our door is open.

However, we regret to see that the statement made on the club's official website with the expression "accountability time" will not contribute to the dialogue environment that we need in our football. We would like to inform the public that our federation is not a "place for accountability," but rather a place to solve the problems in Turkish football and to ensure its development. We respectfully announce this to the public."
