Teams mobilized! Frightening fire at the felt factory.

A fire broke out in a felt factory located on 18th Street in Kayseri OSB in the Melikgazi district for an unknown reason. The fire quickly grew and engulfed the entire factory. Upon notification, numerous fire, police, and medical teams were dispatched to the area. The police closed the roads leading to the factory to traffic, while the fire brigade started to intervene to extinguish the fire.

93 FIREFIGHTERS CONTINUE THEIR WORK

A total of 24 vehicles and 93 firefighters, including 13 vehicles and 52 personnel from the Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Fire Department and 11 vehicles and 41 personnel from the Kayseri OSB Fire Department, were dispatched to the factory to extinguish the fire. Water tankers belonging to the Hacılar Municipality are also transporting water to the fire area. Meanwhile, Mustafa Kızılkan, the Head of the Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Fire Department, also came to the factory to oversee the teams' work.
