CONFERENCE CENTER EVACUATED
Edward Lawrence, a reporter for FOX Business channel in the USA, stated in a post on his social media account that the Conference Center where the WEF is held was evacuated due to smoke rising from a nearby area.
Lawrence reported that the evacuation was concluded after the fire crews, who received the fire alert, checked the area.
FIRE BROKE OUT IN A WOODEN SHED
A report in the UK-based LBC newspaper stated that the cause of the rising smoke was a fire that broke out in a small wooden shed near the Conference Center.
No casualties or property damage were reported due to the small-scale fire.
