A tragic event occurred in Jataí, Brazil. 23-year-old Ielly Alves recorded the last moments before she was shot by her boyfriend on her mobile phone. 27-year-old Diego Fonseca blamed motorcycle attackers for the murder, but the footage found on the young woman's phone revealed the truth. The video taken on the day of the incident shows Fonseca standing by the window, pointing a gun at Alves. The video, which was thought to be a joke, ends with the gun firing and the young woman falling to the ground. Fonseca took the seriously injured Alves to the hospital, but the young woman could not be saved. Fonseca, who gave contradictory statements during the investigation, was arrested. It was revealed that the suspect had a criminal record for robbery and violence against an ex-girlfriend, and he had hidden the weapon used in the murder near the hospital. Mother Olesiane Alves stated that her daughter decided to end the relationship just hours before her death. A friend of Ielly Alves, who had previously been subjected to violence, mentioned that she suggested Alves request protection due to Fonseca's death threats, but Alves lost her life before she could take that step. Speaking after the incident, mother Alves said that Fonseca approached her and said, "Those who did this will pay," but it later emerged that he was the real killer. The mother recounted that her daughter had also been attacked by Fonseca last year and had received treatment.
