The Forensic Medicine Institution stated that it was unanimously concluded that there is no definitive distinction from a forensic medical perspective regarding whether the bite on Enes Güran's arm, Narin Güran's brother, was inflicted by "(his mother) Yüksel Güran, Narin Güran, or himself." According to information obtained by AA correspondent, the Forensic Medicine 2nd Specialization Board completed the report regarding the bite on Enes Güran's arm, whose lifeless body was found in the stream bed of the Tavşantepe neighborhood of Bağlar district in Diyarbakır on September 8, after going missing on August 21. FOUND CONSISTENT WITH HUMAN BITE MARKThe report indicated that forensic and medical documents belonging to 18-year-old Enes Güran and 44-year-old Yüksel Güran, as well as oral and dental measurement models and molds, photographs, videos, and graphics were evaluated together. Considering the localization of the soft tissue lesions described and identified on Enes Güran's right forearm, the traumatic effects, and color, it was reported that the occurrence time was consistent with 3-6 days (August 21-24) as of the examination date of the board on August 27. The mentioned lesions were stated to be purple, with a crescent (semi-circle) appearance, continuous lesions that do not exhibit the typical morphological features such as cutting edges and depth of bite marks, however, it was expressed that the appearance of the existing lesions could be consistent with human bite marks. REPORT WAS UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTEDThe report stated, "When the report of the Audio and Video Examination Department of the Forensic Informatics Department of the Forensic Medicine Institution, the oral and dental measurement models reported to belong to Yüksel Güran, the dental and jaw examination of Enes Güran, the bite marks taken, the panoramic graph belonging to Narin Güran, autopsy data, scopy images, and dental and jaw findings obtained from photographs are evaluated together, it can be concluded that the lesions on Enes Güran's right forearm may have been caused by bites from Yüksel Güran, Enes Güran, and Narin Güran. However, as asked by the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it was noted that the mentioned lesions fall into the '5 inconclusive' category according to ABFO (American Board of Forensic Odontology) criteria, and therefore do not contain features suitable for identification from bite marks." As a result, it was recorded in the report that with all the available data, there was no definitive distinction from a forensic medical perspective regarding whether the bite on his brother's arm was inflicted by "Yüksel Güran, Narin Güran, or himself," and this was unanimously concluded.
