The body of a 26-year-old young man, who was reported missing in Zonguldak, was found buried in a field. It was determined that he had been buried 43 days ago, and it was established that he was killed by friends with whom he had been drinking following a dispute. It was also claimed that a post from the young man's phone stating "I am going to Bolu for work" was made by the murder suspects.
According to claims in the Ereğli district of Zonguldak; Dinçer Arslan (26) started drinking alcohol at his home in Gülüç with his friend H.B. and İ.Ç. who came along. For an undetermined reason, a dispute broke out between the parties. The verbal argument quickly escalated into a physical fight.
THEY KILLED AND BURIED HIM IN A FIELD
H.B. and İ.Ç. assaulted Dinçer Arslan. Due to the blows he received, Dinçer Arslan fell ill and died at the scene. Leaving his lifeless body at home, the suspects tried to cover their tracks by burying him in an empty field located at Aktaş Hill a few days later.
THE POST DREW ATTENTION
During the 43 days that passed without news from Dinçer Arslan, his family filed a missing person report at the gendarmerie station for the young man they last saw during the holiday. Relatives who saw a post from Arslan's mobile phone saying "I am going to work in Bolu" could not establish any communication during the elapsed time. It was claimed that the post in question was made by the murder suspects.
MURDER SUSPECTS WERE DETAINED
Upon receiving a tip-off, the teams of the Karadeniz Ereğli District Gendarmerie Command and the public order teams of the District Police Department launched a large-scale investigation. The teams, who examined the KGYS cameras and phone signals at various points in the city, detained H.B., his wife A.B., and S.Ç., who were found to be at Dinçer Arslan's house on the day of the incident.
THEY WERE SENT TO PRISON
After the procedures were completed, the suspects were referred to the duty magistrate. The three suspects were arrested and sent to prison. The body of Dinçer Arslan, which was delivered to his family after the autopsy procedures, was buried in his village.
