Yeni Malatyaspor did not take the field in the match they were supposed to play against Pendikspor in the first week of the Trendyol 1st League. The final decision regarding the cancelled match will be made by the TFF (Turkish Football Federation), as announced by referee Ömer Faruk Gültekin.
The match between Yeni Malatyaspor and Pendikspor, which was planned to be played in the Trendyol 1st League, was canceled due to Yeni Malatyaspor not taking the field.
YENİ MALATYASPOR DID NOT PLAY
Pendikspor came to the field for the match at Ümraniye Stadium, but the Yeni Malatyaspor team did not take the field, so the ceremony could not be held. Pendikspor players stayed on the field until the starting time of the match, which was 19:15. When the Malatyaspor team did not come out on the field, the referee sent the Pendikspor players to the dressing room.
TFF WILL MAKE THE FINAL DECISION
In the statement made by Pendikspor regarding the issue, it was stated that "The match between Yeni Malatyaspor, which was supposed to be played in the first week of the Trendyol 1st League, was canceled by the referee Ömer Faruk Gültekin because our opponent did not take the field. The final decision regarding the match will be made by the Turkish Football Federation."
