The United States and Israel have made a striking claim while targeting high-ranking officials in Tehran during attacks on Iran. Regional officials speaking to Reuters alleged that Iranian Defense Minister Aziz Nasirzadeh and Commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Ground Forces Mohammad Pakpur were killed in Israeli airstrikes.
In the airstrikes conducted by the US and Israel against Iran, high-ranking figures became the main targets, and claims began to emerge. It was alleged that two key figures in the Iranian army were killed in the attacks.

The US media outlet Axios reported in its latest news regarding the Iranian attacks that there were strikes targeting Hamaney and Iranian President Pezeşkiyan. However, it was claimed that the outcome of the attack was uncertain.
REVOLUTIONARY GUARDS WERE ALSO TARGETED
On the other hand, the same source stated that they also targeted high-ranking commanders of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards.
ERAKÇI: AS FAR AS I KNOW, HAMANEY AND PEZEŞKİYAN ARE ALIVE
Iran's Foreign Minister Erakçi made a confusing statement. Erakçi said, "As far as I know, religious leader Hamaney and President Pezeşkiyan are alive."
CIVILIAN CASUALTIES REPORTED
According to a report by Iran's official news agency IRNA, an elementary school was targeted in the US-Israel attack in the city of Minab, located in Hormozgan province. Initial reports indicate that 5 female students lost their lives in the attack.
IRAN DENIED THE CLAIMS
Tehran denied the claims that high-ranking commanders of the Revolutionary Guards were killed in the airstrikes by the US and Israel.
Iranian officials stated that all of the mentioned high-ranking figures are alive. The statement included, "They produce and spread these news to break our resistance and for propaganda purposes."
The statement also emphasized that Iran has not yet begun its response to enemy forces. This message was interpreted as Tehran being in preparation for a possible retaliation.
