The statement noted that while the investigation process was ongoing regarding the claim that the duration of the rental right established in favor of OPET on the land where the dealership activities were carried out was extended, and that the vertical relationship between the complaining dealer and OPET was structured to exceed 5 years, a settlement application was made by OPET.
