The Housing Development Administration (TOKİ), affiliated with the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change, will auction 252 plots of land in 37 provinces, including Ankara and Istanbul. In the auction to be held on December 25, the properties will be sold either for cash or on credit, and a 15% discount will be offered to those who wish to pay the full amount in cash.
According to information obtained from TOKİ, properties in Afyonkarahisar, Aksaray, Ankara, Antalya, Aydın, Balıkesir, Bilecik, Bitlis, Bursa, Çanakkale, Denizli, Diyarbakır, Düzce, Edirne, Elazığ, Eskişehir, Gaziantep, Hatay, Istanbul, Izmir, Kahramanmaraş, Karaman, Kayseri, Kırklareli, Kocaeli, Malatya, Mardin, Mersin, Muğla, Muş, Rize, Samsun, Siirt, Sivas, Şanlıurfa, Tekirdağ, and Yalova will be put up for sale in the auction to be held on December 25. Additionally, it has been reported that a plot of land in the Aksu district of Antalya will be leased through an auction.
THERE ARE DIFFERENT PAYMENT OPTIONS
Buyers will be able to acquire residential, commercial, tourism, health, agriculture, sports, industrial, private education, fuel, storage, urban development, unplanned land, and social facility properties with various payment options.
15% DISCOUNT ON CASH PAYMENTS
Sales will be conducted with options of cash payment, 25% down payment with 48 months installment, or 40% down payment with 36 months installment. A 15% discount will be applied for cash payments. Auctions will take place on Thursday, December 25, at 10:30 AM in physical locations in Ankara and Istanbul, as well as online via the internet.
