Therefore, every state has established the organization that will primarily ensure peace and security in society, namely the security organization, from the moment it was founded. Since its establishment, our security organization has been working tirelessly for the security of our state and the peace of our society. Dear young people, today you are taking your first steps into a very honorable profession, which is a vital institution of our state. With this awareness, you have received the necessary training in line with the deep-rooted institutional culture of our security organization and have earned the right to be police officers. I am sure that you will never forget that your sacred profession is about love for the homeland, compassion, justice, and fighting against evil, and that you will prioritize the public interest over your personal interests throughout your professional life."
348 POLICE OFFICER CANDIDATES TOOK THE OATH After the speech, Governor Şimşek presented diplomas and gifts to the police officer candidates who ranked in the top positions. Following this, 348 police officer candidates took the oath. After the oath-taking, a ceremonial march was held. With the completion of the ceremony, the police candidates celebrated their graduation by throwing their caps. After the graduation ceremony, the police candidates reunited with their families. Emotional moments were experienced during the families' reunion with their children.
