3 MONTHS OF PRISON SENTENCE IMPOSED
The defendant, who appeared before the judge at the Malatya 6th Criminal Court of First Instance, claimed he was innocent and requested acquittal. The court, concluding that the individual disturbed his neighbor with these actions, sentenced the defendant to 3 months in prison for the crime of "disturbing the peace and tranquility of individuals."
