The DEM Party delegation visited Justice Minister Yılmaz Tunç at the ministry building. After the meeting, Mithat Sancar made statements, saying, "It was a comprehensive meeting. We addressed the issue of strengthening the legal framework for peace."
"Terror-free Turkey" process continues as the preparation of the joint report is ongoing, while the DEM Party İmralı delegation continues its visits. The delegation, which met with CHP leader Özgür Özel yesterday, also visited Justice Minister Yılmaz Tunç today.
The meeting between the delegation, which included TBMM Deputy Speaker and DEM Party Van Deputy Pervin Buldan, DEM Party Şanlıurfa Deputy Mithat Sancar, and lawyer Özgür Faik Erol, and Minister Tunç lasted approximately 1.5 hours. After the meeting, Sancar and Buldan made statements.

Mithat Sancar stated, "We presented our proposals. We discussed the issue of strengthening the legal framework for peace. We learned that the Ministry of Justice is making comprehensive preparations." Buldan added, "We had a productive meeting. We discussed the preparations related to the process."
The delegation will also meet with TBMM President Numan Kurtulmuş today.
