In the Midyat district of Mardin, 28-year-old Medine Akpınar was found dead at home with gunshot wounds. An investigation has been launched regarding the incident.

The incident occurred in the morning at a house in the rural Sivrice neighborhood of the district. Health and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the address following a report of a gunshot injury.

AN INVESTIGATION HAS BEEN INITIATED REGARDING THE INCIDENT

Teams determined during their inspection that Medine Akpınar had lost her life. After the examination by the Public Prosecutor, Medine Akpınar's body was taken to the hospital morgue for autopsy procedures. An investigation has been initiated regarding the incident.
