An automobile driver in Eyüpsultan assaulted a motorcycle courier who was punching his car during a road rage dispute with a baton. Other drivers recorded the incident with their mobile phone cameras.

The incident occurred on Saturday, January 18, around 5:00 PM in Eyüpsultan Alibeyköy. According to the information obtained, a road rage dispute broke out between the motorcycle driver with the license plate 34 GGZ 229 and the car driver with the license plate 34 YR 6730. As the argument escalated, the motorcycle courier got off his bike by tipping it over and approached the driver's side of the car, punching the window.

ASSAULTED THE COURIER WITH A BATON

The driver, who could not get out of the vehicle, exited through the passenger door and approached the courier. As the courier fled, the driver struck him with the baton he was holding and then got back into his vehicle and drove away. While other drivers captured the events on their mobile phone cameras, it was learned that neither party filed a complaint against the other.
