The driver who suffered a heart attack died after crashing into another vehicle while trying to reach the hospital.

As a result of the driver suffering a heart attack, one person died and one person was injured when the car crashed into a parked truck in Erzincan.

According to the information received, the car with license plate 24 ABT 543, driven by Mehmet Murat Karaaslan, who was trying to reach the hospital due to a heart attack, crashed into the truck with license plate 06 DVG 519, driven by Oktay Sezgin, while it was moving on Refik Aras Street in İnönü Neighborhood, where the truck was parked by the roadside.

DIED

Upon notification from the surrounding people, health and police teams were dispatched to the accident site. The injured drivers were taken to Mengücek Gazi Training and Research Hospital by ambulances. Despite the interventions, Mehmet Murat Karaaslan could not be saved. It was reported that Karaaslan died as a result of a heart attack. Oktay Sezgin, on the other hand, was reported to be out of life-threatening danger.
