The Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, through the Housing Development Administration (TOKİ), has launched a 25% discount campaign for residential and commercial properties with ongoing repayments.
TOKİ will provide a 25% discount for home and workplace buyers who want to pay their debt in full and receive their title deed immediately. Citizens wishing to benefit from the campaign can apply between September 23 and October 18, 2024.
PARTIAL PAYMENT IS ALSO POSSIBLE IN THE CAMPAIGN
Citizens who cannot pay off their entire debt balance can also benefit from the 25% discount campaign. Citizens who cannot pay off their entire debt can partially benefit from the 25% discount campaign on cash payments, provided that the payment is at least 25% of the debt balance.
LAST APPLICATION DATE IS OCTOBER 18
Home and workplace buyers wishing to benefit from the campaign can apply to the relevant bank between September 23 and October 18, 2024. It will not be possible to benefit from the discount rate for debt closures made after this date.
HERE ARE THE CAMPAIGN CONDITIONS
Buyers of homes and workplaces included in the discount application must have made the installment payments for the month in which the debt closure is made as of the application date. Additionally, there should be no outstanding installments or property tax debts. Buyers of homes and workplaces whose repayment installments have started no later than the end of June 2023 can benefit from the campaign. Buyers of homes and workplaces with 12 months or less remaining in their installment count will not be able to benefit from the discount campaign. Home and workplace buyers wishing to benefit from the campaign can also use housing loans from the intermediary banks with which they have signed the Real Estate Sales Agreement.
