A caregiver from England has won a salary lawsuit against a Saudi prince but says he still hasn't received his money.

Mark James, 45, was awarded €200,000 (approximately £171,000) in a lawsuit against Prince Fahd bin Sultan al-Saud in France. However, James stated that he has not received a single penny of that amount.

Prince Fahd, 74, served as Saudi Arabia's Minister of Defense from 1962 to 2011. He is currently the governor of the Tabuk region.

James was managing a large three-story mansion on behalf of the prince in the 8th arrondissement, one of the most luxurious neighborhoods in Paris.

James recounted that during his stay at the mansion, there was no hot water, the elevator was broken, and the swimming pool was unusable due to a faulty pump. The reason for this was unpaid gas bills.

In April, the court ordered the company owned by the prince, named Sofici, to pay James his salary and compensation. It was also reported that if the company failed to pay the first installment of €70,000, it would incur a daily penalty of €1,000.

However, James said that despite this ruling, he still has not received his money. The issue regarding the non-payment continues.
