The father who abused his 9-month-old baby committed suicide in prison.

In the Veliköy neighborhood of Çerkezköy district in Tekirdağ, mother F.G shared a video recording in which she sexually abused the 9-month-old baby of G.Ş, with whom she lived. Following this shocking incident, the Çerkezköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office launched an investigation, and teams detained mother F.G in Amasya and father G.Ş in Istanbul. While the suspects were arrested by the court, the baby was taken into state protection.

THE ABUSIVE FATHER COMMITTED SUICIDE

A new development has occurred regarding the incident that has wounded many hearts. Tekirdağ Bar Association President Egemen Gürcün announced on his social media account that the detained father had committed suicide. Gürcün stated, "We have received information that the father, who was detained in the investigation initiated by the Çerkezköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the sexual abuse of the 9-month-old baby, committed suicide in prison. We are closely monitoring the issue," he said.
