WHAT HAD HAPPENED?

Nasuh Mahruki, one of the founders of AKUT, was arrested by the court after criticizing the statements of the Chairman of the Supreme Election Council (YSK) Ahmet Yener regarding electronic voting after the US elections on social media, and an investigation was launched against him for "publicly spreading misleading information" and "publicly insulting judicial authorities." Mahruki's lawyers submitted an objection petition against his detention, but the court rejected it.
