The first snow of the season has fallen on the D-100 highway crossing of Bolu Mountain. Since the morning hours, light snowfall has been effective in the region.
Rain, which was effective during the night hours on Bolu Mountain, an important transit route between Ankara and Istanbul, gave way to snow in the morning hours.
THE FIRST SNOW OF THE SEASON HAS FALLEN
The first snow of the season has fallen on the D-100 highway crossing of Bolu Mountain. Light snowfall was intermittently effective in the Karanlıkdere and Seymenler areas. While the snowfall did not have a significant impact on the ground, the highway teams carried out salting work against the risk of icing on the road routes. There were no disruptions in transportation.
