The investigation into the allegation that a female assistant working at a dental clinic in Konya was sedated and sexually assaulted by a married couple, both of whom are dentists, has been completed. It has been reported that in her statement, the assistant said she was sexually assaulted by Hakan A. after being sedated, and that Sebahat A. kissed her on the lips.
The investigation against Hakan A. (48) and his wife Sebahat A. (45), who are the managers of a private dental clinic in the Kulu district of Konya, regarding the sexual assault allegation against their colleague Z.M. (29) has been completed. The indictment prepared by the Konya Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has been accepted by the court.
THE VICTIM'S STATEMENT WAS INCLUDED IN THE INDICTMENT
The indictment included the statement of the victim Z.M. Z.M. stated that when she returned home, she was given an energy drink, and later realized that there was alcohol in the drink, and after getting drunk, she lost consciousness. When she came to, she claimed that she was naked in the bedroom and that Hakan A. had sexually assaulted her, stating that she could not scream because she was scared.
"SEBAHAT KISSED ME ON THE LIPS"
According to a report in Sabah, Z.M. stated in her testimony that Sebahat A. also kissed her on the lips, that her mouth was covered to prevent her from screaming, and that Hakan A. punched her in the eye. Z.M. alleged that the suspects threatened to kill her and to spread her naked images, stating that she was washed in the bathroom and was not allowed to leave the house.
FORENSIC REPORT ENTERED INTO THE FILE
The forensic report included in the indictment stated that sperm and DNA samples belonging to Hakan A. were found on the victim's body, and DNA profiles belonging to Sebahat A. were found in her underwear.
REQUEST FOR UP TO 49 YEARS IN PRISON
The prosecution requested a prison sentence of up to 49 years for Hakan A. and Sebahat A., who are in custody, for "qualified sexual assault" and related offenses. The couple is expected to stand trial in the coming days.
