Melisa Döngel, who was questioned as part of the drug investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, was released after providing hair and blood samples. In a statement regarding the matter, Melisa Döngel said, "The news in the media stating that I am still abroad and that I cannot be reached does not reflect the truth."
As part of the drug investigation initiated by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office on December 18, Melisa Döngel could not be found at her address as she was abroad.
The famous actress was released after returning to Turkey a short time ago and providing hair and blood samples at the Forensic Medicine Institution.

Döngel made a statement on her social media account regarding the ongoing process. The actress stated that she felt the need to make a statement due to the news that has been circulating about her in recent days, saying, "The news in the press that I am still abroad and cannot be reached does not reflect the truth. As soon as I learned about the developments, in order not to create any misunderstandings, I returned to Turkey on the same day with the 14:00 flight and landed in Istanbul at 18:15. I personally applied to the relevant authorities and gave my statement. The process has been completed in accordance with the law; I have been released after my statement. I would like to thank all the officials who performed their duties with great kindness, professionalism, and sensitivity, and you, my dear supporters, for your understanding attitude and behavior," she expressed.
WHAT HAD HAPPENED?
As part of the drug investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, operations were carried out by the Istanbul Provincial Gendarmerie Command teams at the homes of famous individuals in the early hours of December 18. As part of the investigation, Aleyna Tilki, İrem Sak, Danla Bilic, and Mümmine Senna Yıldız were detained. The four individuals were released after their blood and hair samples were taken at the Forensic Medicine Institution.
Actress Melisa Döngel and singer Yusuf Güney, who had detention orders against them, could not be found at their addresses. Yusuf Güney was detained today.
