As part of the drug investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, Yusuf Güney, who had an arrest warrant issued against him, gave his statement today. After Güney's statement procedures, hair and blood samples were taken. In his first statement after being released, Güney said, "One of the guys mentioned my name. He said, 'He also uses it'... I went and gave my statement. I provided blood, urine, and hair samples. I am waiting for the results."
Yusuf Güney, who was subject to an arrest warrant on December 18 as part of the drug investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, gave a statement today within the scope of the investigation.
After his statement procedures at the Istanbul Provincial Gendarmerie Command, Güney was referred to the Forensic Medicine Institution for the collection of hair and blood samples.
RELEASED, MADE A STATEMENT
After being released, Güney shared a video on his social media account regarding the matter. He stated that he had not used his social media account for a few days due to being ill, saying, "Isn't it so easy to defame someone in this country? I have been out of sight for 4-5 days. Do you know why? I was fighting against illnesses. One of the guys mentioned my name. He said, 'He also uses it'... I went and gave my statement. I provided blood, urine, and hair samples. I am waiting for the results."
WHAT HAPPENED?
As part of the drug investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, operations were carried out by the Istanbul Provincial Gendarmerie Command teams at the homes of famous individuals in the early hours of the morning.
As part of the investigation, Aleyna Tilki, İrem Sak, Danla Biliç, and Mümmine Senna Yıldız were detained.
The four individuals, whose procedures were completed at the Istanbul Provincial Gendarmerie Command, were referred to the Forensic Medicine Institution (ATK) for a health check.
After blood and hair samples were taken at the Forensic Medicine Institution, the four individuals were released.
Actress Melisa Döngel and singer Yusuf Güney, who had arrest warrants against them, could not be found at their addresses.
Arrest warrants were also issued for Şeyma Subaşı, Şevval Şahin, and Mert Vidinli, who were found to be abroad.
