HE WAS ARRESTED IN THE CORRUPTION INVESTIGATION

Deputy Mayor Fidan Gül, who was taken into custody in April as part of the corruption and bribery investigation against Beykoz Municipality, was transferred to Beykoz Courthouse after his procedures at the police station.

After giving his statement to the prosecutor's office, Gül was arrested by the Peace Criminal Court and sent to prison.

BILGEHAN MURAT MİNİÇ OPENED THE DOOR

Bilgehan Murat Miniç opened the door for the police who came to Fidan Gül's house for detention, search, and seizure operations. After Gül was taken into custody, the police conducting the search and seizure operation at the house seized 1 million lira they found.

In his statement at the police station, Gül said that 59 thousand lira, 20 thousand 678 dollars, and 170 euros of the money belonged to Bilgehan Murat Miniç.

Gül stated, "The person named Bilgehan Murat Miniç came to me after I told him that I would be taken into custody. I do not want to say where I learned that I would be taken into custody to avoid putting anyone in a difficult situation. Regarding the money found at my home address, it is a matter related to my private life, so I cannot answer."
