Bozan, who used the expression "AKP is stealing" from the podium, received a reaction from AK Party MPs. In the ensuing fight, former minister and AK Party Member of Parliament from Trabzon, Adil Karaismailoğlu, punched Bozan.
Tension rose in the Turkish Parliament. A fistfight broke out among the members of parliament after DEM Party member Ali Bozan's insults during the General Assembly meeting chaired by Deputy Speaker Bekir Bozdağ. It was seen that Bozan fell to the ground and AK Party member Karaismailoğlu threw a punch.
DEM PARTY MEMBER'S "THIEF" REMARKS CAUSED A STIR
During the discussion of the proposal by the Good Party regarding the agenda, DEM Party member Ali Bozan caused a commotion with his statements directed at the AK Party group from the podium. Ali Bozan used the expression "AKP is stealing. You are rude and immoral. You are thieves, your mouths smell like filth" which caused AK Party members to suddenly rise.
POLICE INTERVENED IN THE INCIDENT
After DEM Party member Bozan's remarks, a fight broke out in the tense hall. It was seen that Bozan fell to the ground. The police in the parliament intervened and tried to calm down the parties involved.
