The High Discipline Board of CHP has given a reprimand penalty to Tanju Özcan.

The Mayor of Bolu, Tanju Özcan, who was referred to the disciplinary board for his statements against former party leader Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, was unanimously given a reprimand penalty during the CHP High Discipline Board (YDK) meeting.

The CHP YDK gathered at the party headquarters. During the meeting, internal disciplinary files were discussed, including the file of Tanju Özcan, who was referred to the disciplinary board for his statements against former CHP leader Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu.

During the board meeting, Özcan, whose oral or written defense was discussed, was unanimously given a reprimand penalty for his social media post directed at Kılıçdaroğlu on July 11.

In his social media post regarding the reprimand penalty, Mayor Özcan used the following statements: "The CHP High Discipline Board has given me a reprimand penalty today. I respect the decision, but I am facing an interesting situation. With this decision, I have entered the world history because? I have received all the penalties that a party member can receive, including 'Warning, Reprimand, Temporary Expulsion, and Permanent Expulsion.' I think I have earned the right to enter the Guinness World Records with this performance."
