The service, particularly preferred by those living alone and the elderly, reportedly charges between 30 and 70 euros.
The system known as "Hourly Husband" in Latvia has become a trending topic on social media, but it has been revealed that the service is not a romantic concept. In the system called "Virs uz stundu," citizens call for hourly professional craftsmen for household chores and repairs.
SERVICES FROM HOME REPAIRS TO MOVING
Under the system, craftsmen provide services in various areas such as furniture assembly, plumbing, painting, electrical faults, and moving. It is noted that the application, which is particularly preferred by those living alone, elderly individuals, and busy workers, is quite widespread in the country.
FEES CAN REACH UP TO 200 EUROS
It has been stated that demand for the service has increased due to the female population outnumbering males and the rising rate of people living alone. Hourly fees range from 30 to 70 euros depending on the type of job, while for full-day services, the amount can go up to 200 euros.
