A woman was filmed shaving the beard of her paralyzed husband in Antalya. The person recording the moment expressed their feelings by saying, "Can the rights of these women be compensated?" The woman, who has been taking care of her paralyzed husband for 22 years, stated, "People should be there for each other not only in good times but also in bad times."
The footage taken on March 8, International Women's Day, in the Cumalı neighborhood of Serik district in Antalya warmed hearts. 65-year-old Zehra Ekşili was filmed while shaving her 71-year-old husband Salih Ekşili, who is paralyzed on his right side, on their balcony.

The citizen who recorded the footage expressed their feelings with the comment, "MashaAllah, may God protect them from the evil eye. Can the rights of these women be paid?" The footage quickly gained great interest on social media.
"WE SHOULD BE THERE FOR EACH OTHER IN BAD TIMES TOO"
Zehra Ekşili, who stated that she not only shaves her husband but also takes care of his needs such as bathing and eating, also opened her home to her mother, who has no one to look after her. Zehra Ekşili said, "People should be there for each other not only in good times but also in bad times."
"I WANT THE YOUNGER GENERATION TO BE LIKE US"
Zehra Ekşili, who has been taking care of her paralyzed husband for about 22 years, stated, "I had to take care of my husband more when he became paralyzed. Since there was no one to look after my mother, I have been taking care of her for 4 months. I help my husband with his shaving and bathing because his right side is paralyzed. I assist him in eating. Spouses should be there for each other not only in good times but also in bad times. I want the younger generation to be like us," she said.
