"The installment periods for receivables in the area affected by the February 6 earthquake have been extended."

02.11.2024 07:50

The decision to extend the installment periods for certain receivables in the "February 6 earthquake" region has been published in the Official Gazette. With this decision, the payments to be made to the creditors will be paid in installments over a maximum period of 12 months.

On February 6, 2023, due to the ongoing state of force majeure affecting Adıyaman, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, and Malatya provinces, as well as the İslahiye and Nurdağı districts of Gaziantep, the installment periods have been extended.

With this decision, the installments for payments to be made to the specified creditors in these areas have been extended to be paid within a maximum of 12 months.

If the number of installments falling between the start and end dates of the state of force majeure exceeds 12, the excess installments will be paid together with the 12th installment.
