Japanese expert Yoshinori Moriwaki stated that the earthquake risk in Kırklareli is negligible.

High construction engineer, architect, and earthquake expert Yoshinori Moriwaki spoke at a conference organized regarding Turkey's inevitable earthquake reality. Moriwaki stated that the earthquake risk in Kırklareli is negligible.

LEAST RISK IN KIRKLARELI

Moriwaki attended the "Earthquake Reality" conference held in Kırklareli. He reported that the Marmara Region is in the red zone, indicating that Kırklareli is in the 4th danger zone, while Istanbul is in the 1st danger zone. Moriwaki mentioned that there is only a small area in the Kırklareli region that falls into the 3rd danger zone, explaining that the earthquake risk is negligible.

"DRILLS IN PRIMARY SCHOOLS SHOULD BE INCREASED"

Emphasizing the need for frequent drills against earthquakes in educational institutions, Moriwaki said, "Especially in primary schools, the drills conducted once a year are insufficient. In Japan, drills are conducted once a month in dangerous areas. The more drills we conduct, the better it is."
