MLP Health Services, which includes Medical Park and Liv Hospital, has acquired Medistanbul Hospital located in Istanbul. In the announcement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was stated that the hospital's name has been changed to "Özel Medicalpark Tem Hospital" and that the number of beds will be increased from 62 to 150.
A new acquisition has been added to the mergers in the healthcare sector. Özel Medistanbul Hospital, one of Istanbul's leading private healthcare institutions, has joined MLP Health Services (MLP Care), the owner of the Medical Park and Liv Hospital brands.
ANNOUNCEMENT FROM KAP
The company announced in a statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that the hospital located in the Sultangazi district of Istanbul has officially been acquired.
THE HOSPITAL'S NAME HAS CHANGED, CAPACITY WILL INCREASE
It was stated that the hospital, which currently has a capacity of 62 beds, will be transformed into a healthcare center with 150 beds following the new licensing arrangement. Additionally, the hospital's name has been changed to "Özel Medicalpark Tem Hospital."
In the announcement made by the board of directors of MLP Care, the following statements were included: "The license of Özel Medistanbul Hospital, which operates in Istanbul, has been transferred to our company. The name of the hospital has been changed to Özel Medicalpark Tem Hospital. The license transfer process has been completed as of August 25, 2025, and the hospital is currently serving with 35,000 square meters of closed area and a capacity of 62 beds. It is planned to increase the bed capacity to 150 by combining it with the new license."
