The Ministry of National Education announced that the oral exam success scores, obtained by taking 50% of the KPSS score and 50% of the oral exam score, have been released for the recruitment of 15,000 contracted teachers.

THE DATE FOR FILING OBJECTIONS HAS ALSO BEEN ANNOUNCED
The Ministry provided information regarding the objection process in addition to the results process. Candidates will be able to electronically file their objections to the oral exam results through the "Objection Application Module" that will be opened on the website "eitiraz.meb.gov.tr" from September 1-5, 2025. Objections regarding the results will be evaluated by the oral exam commissions and concluded on October 3, 2025.
The statement made by the Ministry of National Education is as follows: "Following the announcement of the oral exam for the recruitment of 15 thousand contracted teachers to be employed in our Ministry on June 10, 2025, the oral exam process began. The oral exams for contracted teacher employment started on June 23, 2025, and were completed on August 20, 2025.
Of the 15 thousand contracted teacher positions, 19 were reserved for national athletes, while 34 thousand 881 candidates qualified to participate in the oral exam for the remaining 14 thousand 981 positions. Of these candidates, 30 thousand 850 participated in the oral exams, resulting in a participation rate of 88.44%.
In the oral exams, the names of the candidates and officials were kept confidential, the process was recorded on camera, questions were determined by electronic lottery by the candidates, and evaluations were made with detailed scoring keys.
In this context;
1. Firstly, a guide was prepared for candidates regarding the subjects/achievements for the 2024-2025 academic year, stating that questions would be asked from these topics and explaining how to answer them, which was published on June 18, 2025.
2. As per the regulations, candidates were asked a total of 3 questions: 1 from the field of educational sciences, 1 from general culture, and 1 related to their own field.
3. The questions were determined by the candidates themselves through electronic lottery immediately after entering the hall, independent of the commission. No other questions were asked by the commission members.
4. The oral answers given by the candidates to the questions were taken into consideration for evaluation. Candidates were informed that they could write their oral answers on the question-answer paper in their own handwriting if they wished, and they signed the question paper they drew by lottery along with their answers.
5. The oral exam process was recorded on camera with video and audio recording.
6. During the oral exam, the answer key for the questions determined by the candidate through electronic lottery and which aspects would be emphasized in the given answer were simultaneously reflected on the commission members' screens in a digital environment. The commission members scored according to the criteria stated in the announcement and guide provided to them and disclosed to the candidates.
7. The identity information of the candidates and commission members was kept confidential, and no one was informed about which commission they would be in. Candidates did not present their identity documents, including their names, to the commission members in any way. The entrance documents for the exam did not contain any identity information of the candidates, and the "application number" automatically determined by the system was used.
8. The oral exam commissions included educational administrators in positions of branch manager and above, who are affiliated with the field of educational sciences as per the regulations.
All these arrangements and measures have been completed for the oral exams.
The oral exam results of the candidates and the oral exam success scores obtained by taking 50% of the KPSS score and 50% of the oral exam score in accordance with the Regulation on the Employment of Contracted Teachers by the Ministry of National Education have been announced. Candidates will be able to learn their oral exam result information by logging into the "Ministry of National Education 2025 Contracted Teacher Recruitment Oral Exam Result Information" inquiry screen with their individual e-Government passwords on our Ministry's website www.meb.gov.tr.
Candidates will be able to electronically file their objections to the oral exam results through the "Objection Application Module" that will be opened on our Ministry's website "eitiraz.meb.gov.tr" from September 1-5, 2025. Objections regarding the results will be evaluated by the oral exam commissions and concluded on October 3, 2025. The results of the evaluation of objections will be communicated in writing to the relevant parties by the provincial national education directorate where the oral exam was held."
