According to a report by Show News, Sinem Kenarcı has been living in a house with her mother and siblings for two years. According to her claim, the landlord does not want to receive the rent through the bank and insists that it must be paid in cash. In fact, he even closed the IBAN account where the rent was supposed to be paid. Kenarcı stated, "I started paying the money through PTT this time because I am not given an IBAN, they did not accept it from PTT, it was returned, and there was a fight. I am paying, look, a foreclosure notice came to me," she said.

Sinem Kenarcı stopped the foreclosure with an objection petition, but she could not stop the landlord. According to Kenarcı's family, the landlord is telling them to leave the house, making verbal threats, and threatening to damage their belongings. Kenarcı said, "He attacked my mother on the street, lifted his walking stick. It's a constant threat. There are always noises from above at 5 in the morning. I don't know if they are hitting a chair from above to disturb us," she expressed.

The 86-year-old landlord, who was handed a microphone, said, "They do not pay rent. They neither pay the rent nor the stair automatic..."
