After the visit, TBMM President Kurtulmuş provided information to the press waiting outside the hospital regarding Önder's health status, stating, "His condition remains serious. There are also some encouraging developments. We have seen the good-natured wishes expressed by everyone. He was a good politician and a person who loved his country. We hope he will return to us in good health as soon as possible. I extend my best wishes to our entire nation. It is not my place to announce developments. The surgeries were performed very successfully."
ÇELİK: HE WOULD MENTION THIS CONDITION WHEN WE MET
Following Kurtulmuş, Çelik made the following statements: "The most qualified doctors intervened for Önder. After a very long surgery process, he is currently in intensive care. We wish well to his valuable family, our citizens, and the TBMM. When we occasionally met, he would mention this condition. Each time he would say, 'Let’s reach good days,' 'Let’s achieve a Turkey without terrorism.' Our wish is for him to overcome this difficult process. Hopefully, he will get through these stages as well."
