CASE PROCESS

İpek Kıraç, the daughter of businessperson İnan Kıraç, filed a lawsuit for the annulment of her father's marriage to Emine Alangoya, claiming that her father’s legal capacity was not intact, as he married on December 20, 2024.

In the forensic report prepared within the scope of the case, it was stated that Kıraç's legal capacity was not intact and that a guardian should be appointed.

The court temporarily appointed lawyers Atakan Yılmaz and Mert Öztekin as guardians for Kıraç, who was determined to lack legal capacity according to the forensic report.

Meanwhile, a case is ongoing in the Anadolu Civil Court for the determination of the guardian.
