Tarkan Zengin, a lecturer at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University, stated, "With the increase in the minimum wage, the minimum amount of severance pay will also increase. Unemployment benefits are increasing, and the premiums paid to the social security institution are rising. Voluntary insurance premiums are increasing in all regularly paid premiums. Administrative fines and intern wages are also increasing."

Zengin explained, "The increase rate in home care, 65-year-old pensions, and disability pensions, which are determined along with civil servants' salaries, will also be announced on that day. The maximum amount of severance pay will also be determined on that day."
