The missing bipolar woman was found thanks to IETT.

The family of 58-year-old Zekiye Tutkun, who has bipolar disorder, started searching for her after they could not reach her in Istanbul. Unable to find Tutkun anywhere, the family applied to İETT with the help of the neighborhood muhtar.

ISTANBUL CARD DATA REVIEWED

İETT reviewed Zekiye Tutkun's Istanbul Card data to determine which bus she took and where she got off. As a result of the investigations, it was determined that Tutkun got off the bus near Prof. Dr. Süleyman Yalçın City Hospital.

FOUND IN HOSPITAL CORRIDOR

Based on the information obtained from the woman's Istanbul Card, her family went to the hospital to intensify their search efforts. The woman, who was reported to have been wandering around the hospital area for two days, was found sitting in the hospital corridor.
