On the other hand, President Erdoğan stated in the program, "We will pilot our Family-Based National Early Intervention System before the end of the year so that our special needs children aged 0-8 can effectively receive the services they need."

I welcome all my brothers who honored our program representing millions of disabled individuals in our 81 provinces. At the very beginning of my speech, I congratulate all our disabled brothers around the world on the occasion of December 3rd, International Day of Persons with Disabilities, and I pray to God that it brings goodness for them, their families, and all humanity. I send my love and affection to all disabled citizens who add value to our country with their presence and serve as an example to all of us with their determination and resolve.

As you know, December 3rd, International Day of Persons with Disabilities, recognized worldwide under the leadership of the United Nations, serves to raise awareness about the issues faced by disabled individuals and to take new steps to facilitate their lives. The most important point in solving the problems of our disabled brothers is to ensure that societal sensitivity does not decline by bringing this issue to the agenda at every opportunity.

"WE NEED TO PROVIDE SINCERE SUPPORT"

It is a fact that the more awareness we can create regarding our disabled brothers and the more we can spread the sense of responsibility, the further we can progress and the more successful we can be in this process. In this regard, as political, civil society, and government, we need to take ownership of the agenda of our disabled brothers with social activities, cultural projects, and campaigns that raise social awareness, and we need to participate in the steps taken in this direction and provide sincere support.
