New footage has emerged regarding the incident in Eyüpsultan, where a 17-year-old boy's father killed four members of his family, accusing them of stealing his gold. The footage shows the suspect exiting the house where the massacre took place and running away.
In the Eyüpsultan district of Istanbul, a brutal incident occurred the day before yesterday around 22:45 in the duplex top floor of a three-story building on Derin Street in the Akşemsettin neighborhood. After arguing with his family, 17-year-old B.Y. shot and killed his father Mehmet Yenigün (43), mother Aysun Yenigün (32), sister Zilan Yenigün (12), and grandmother Fatma İnce (71). New footage related to the family massacre has emerged.

Moments when the suspect exited the building after committing the murder were captured by the security camera of another building on the street. In the footage, B.Y. is seen walking away after leaving the apartment.
HE SPREAD TERROR AFTER A DISPUTE OVER GOLD
The suspect, who was caught with the weapon used in the murders, a sum of money, and jewelry in Bursa, confessed to committing the murders in his initial statement. It was learned that B.Y. said, "A fight broke out when my father accused me of stealing the gold, so I killed them all," and he could not provide logical answers regarding the gold found on him, which was determined to belong to his family.
HE WAS ARRESTED
After completing the procedures at the Child Branch Directorate, B.Y. was arrested after his statement was taken at the courthouse to which he was referred.
