COW'S MILK DETECTEDCounterfeiting and adulteration were detected in the full-fat mozzarella cheese product of the Napoli Antica brand. According to the analyses, products that should contain "Pasteurized Buffalo Milk" were found to use cow's milk instead of buffalo milk. While it is stated that the content of the cheese includes pasteurized buffalo milk, acidity regulator, citric acid, salt, cheese rennet, and cheese culture, the analyses revealed that cow's milk was used instead of buffalo milk. THE MOST EXPENSIVEThe cheese of this brand is sold on supermarket shelves at 189 TL for 125 grams, with a kilogram price of 1,519 TL.
