U.S. President Donald Trump responded to a question about the possibility of a conflict between Turkey and Israel by saying, "I know President (Recep Tayyip) Erdoğan very well; he is a very good friend of mine. I have great respect for him. Bibi (Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu) respects him as well."
U.S. President Donald Trump evaluated his meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu and the latest developments regarding the Middle East after their meeting in Florida. Trump expressed that they had a very productive discussion with Netanyahu, especially regarding Gaza, and thanked him for the "Israeli Peace Award" he received.
"WE ARE DISCUSSING THE WEST BANK"
Noting that they also addressed the issue of Israel and the occupied West Bank along with the illegal settlers there, Trump said, "We have been discussing the West Bank for a long time. I can't say we have reached a 100% agreement on the West Bank, but we will come to a conclusion on this matter."
"I AM NOT CONCERNED ABOUT WHAT ISRAEL IS DOING"
On the other hand, Trump emphasized that he believes Israel will adhere to the ceasefire process in Gaza, stating, "I am not concerned about what Israel is doing. I am not worried that they will fulfill their plan. Israel is acting 100% in accordance with this plan." He defended Netanyahu with these words.

Trump expressed that President Erdoğan played an important role in the political transformation process in Syria, saying, "It was President Erdoğan who greatly helped in eliminating (Bashar al-Assad), a very bad leader of Syria, don't forget that. He never asked for praise for this, but he truly deserves it. Bibi agrees with this."
"I WANT ISRAEL TO GET ALONG WITH SYRIA"
Trump mentioned that they had extensive evaluations regarding Israeli-Syrian relations with Netanyahu, stating, "I respect the new President of Syria (Ahmed Shara), he is a strong one. This is what Syria currently needs. I hope Israel gets along well with him." The U.S. President noted that Shara has done a very good job in Syria so far and has taken significant steps in the fight against the terrorist organization ISIS, expressing his trust in Shara during this process. Trump stated that he would do everything possible for Israel to get along with Syria and that "he will ensure this," adding, "We have a common understanding with Bibi regarding Syria."
TRUMP'S WARNING TO IRAN
In response to a question about the possibility of an Israeli attack on Iran, U.S. President Trump indicated that he is open to such a situation. Trump said, "They (Iran) know the consequences of what they will do. You know the consequences will be very severe, perhaps even more severe than last time. Iran should have made a deal with us when I offered them options last time."
