A person, who was previously reported to have benefited from supervised release, experienced a breakdown for an unknown reason and set fire to the balcony of their house. According to claims, it was said that there were children in the house at the time of the incident.

Upon the notification of nearby citizens, fire and police teams were dispatched to the scene. The person was detained by the police teams, while the fire department extinguished the fire before it could spread. The police have launched an investigation into the incident.
