An attacker approached a police officer on duty in the Sur district of Diyarbakır and started stabbing the officer for no reason before fleeing. Other police officers fired shots in the air and chased after the attacker. The horrifying moments were captured second by second by a security camera.

Yesterday evening, M.A. approached the police officers on duty on the street in the central Sur district and waved a knife at one of them. The attacker then tried to escape but the police chased after him and fired shots into the air.
